About Cloudpillo

When will my order be delivered?

Orders are delivered within 1–2 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Orders over £50 qualify for free home delivery.

Can I return my order?

Yes. You can try pillows, mattresses and toppers at home for 100 nights. Not quite the right fit? You can return the product within the trial period.

For bedding and accessories, a 30-day return period applies. These products must be returned unused and in their original packaging.

For pillows, duvets, bedding and accessories, you pay €4.95 per return label. Mattresses and toppers are collected from your home. This costs €24.95 per collection appointment.

Once your return has been processed, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount. Check our return policy for all conditions and information.

What materials are your products made from?

Our bedding is made from 100% cotton satin with a 300 thread count, softer than the bedding found in many luxury hotels. Our materials are also antibacterial, hypoallergenic and OEKO-TEX® certified.
